Le Do-In pour apprendre \u00e0 accueillir l\u2019\u00e9nergie de la saison et tour \u00e0 tour, favoriser la mont\u00e9e de celle-ci, la lib\u00e9rer puis la dig\u00e9rer pour mieux aborder la saison suivante. L\u2019art du souffle permettant l\u2019art de diriger l\u2019\u00e9nergie, la respiration se m\u00ealera \u00e0 la pratique tout comme la m\u00e9ditation (\u00ab medeor \u00bb du grec ancien qui signifie soigner, rem\u00e8de\u2026).  Le toucher stimule nos capteurs sensoriels et les connexions entre le cerveau (le mental) et le corps. Il permet d\u2019\u00e9vacuer tensions et \u00e9motions sans avoir besoin de parler (d\u2019y mettre des mots). Le corps faisant parti de nous, notre \u00e9quilibre global, l\u2019harmonie d\u00e9pend aussi des sensations que l\u2019on a de lui\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>Yin Yoga <\/strong>est une discipline qui puise dans l\u2019immobilit\u00e9 les ressources corporelles et mentales qui souvent nous \u00e9chappent par un exc\u00e8s d\u2019agir au quotidien. Il s\u2019agit de d\u00e9couvrir et d\u2019exp\u00e9rimenter au travers d\u2019un travail postural l\u2019\u00e9tat de notre paysage int\u00e9rieur tant d\u2019un point de vue physique que psychique afin de (re)trouver notre \u00e9quilibre. Les postures, le plus souvent au sol, sans charge et avec le minimum d\u2019engagement musculaire, sont tenues plusieurs minutes favorisant un temps d\u2019accueil et d\u2019observation de ce qui est tout en r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rant l\u2019ensemble des tissus du corps (fascias, muscles et articulations) gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tirement profond qui se produit. Cette immobilit\u00e9 cl\u00e9 de la pratique permet alors de d\u00e9velopper une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de nos sensations et des informations que notre corps v\u00e9hicule pour mieux interagir avec soi et son environnement (les autres et l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>Yang Yoga<\/strong> est une pratique dynamique et \u00e9nergisante qui met l&rsquo;accent sur le renforcement musculaire, la souplesse et l&rsquo;alignement du corps. Inspir\u00e9 par des styles de yoga plus actifs comme le Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa ou l&rsquo;Ashtanga, il se concentre sur une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de postures, des transitions fluides et une respiration synchronis\u00e9e avec le mouvement. Cette approche stimule la circulation de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie (le Qi) dans le corps, renforce l&rsquo;endurance et am\u00e9liore l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre physique et mental. Do-In teaches us how to welcome the energy of each season and, in turn, to encourage its rise, release it, and then digest it in order to move into the next season with balance.<br>The art of breathing, which guides the flow of energy, is woven into the practice, along with meditation (from the Ancient Greek \u00ab\u00a0medeor\u00a0\u00bb, meaning to heal, remedy\u2026). Touch stimulates our sensory receptors and the connections between the brain (the mind) and the body. It allows us to release tension and emotions without needing to speak (or put them into words). Since the body is a part of us, our overall balance and harmony also depend on how we feel within it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yin Yoga<\/strong> is a discipline that draws upon stillness to access physical and mental resources that often elude us due to the constant activity of daily life. Through postural work, it invites us to discover and explore our inner landscape \u2014 physically and mentally \u2014 in order to (re)find our balance. The postures, mostly done on the floor, without load and with minimal muscular effort, are held for several minutes. This allows time to welcome and observe what is, while regenerating the body\u2019s tissues (fascia, muscles, and joints) through deep stretching. This key element of stillness in the practice fosters a better understanding of our sensations and the messages our body sends, helping us to interact more consciously with ourselves and our surroundings (others and the external world).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Yang Yoga<\/strong> is a dynamic and energizing practice that emphasizes muscular strength, flexibility, and body alignment. Inspired by more active styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, or Ashtanga Yoga, it focuses on a wide variety of postures, fluid transitions, and breathing synchronized with movement. This approach stimulates the flow of energy (Qi) through the body, builds endurance, and enhances both physical and mental balance.
