La respiration est l&rsquo;une des forces<br>que nous d\u00e9couvrons lorsque nous venons au monde, et \u00e9tant en partie involontaire,<br>nous n&rsquo;avons peut-\u00eatre jamais pr\u00eat\u00e9 attention \u00e0 notre respiration ou \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont<br>nous respirons jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 maintenant. On sait que la respiration oxyg\u00e8ne et d\u00e9toxifie notre<br>corps, mais nous connaissons peut-\u00eatre peu, voire rien du tout, sur les autres avantages<br>que la respiration peut apporter \u00e0 notre sant\u00e9 psycho-\u00e9motionnelle et \u00e0 ce chemin de<br>connaissance de soi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors de chaque session, je partagerai avec vous les notions essentielles sur la respiration qui nous aideront \u00e0 mieux visualiser et donc \u00e0 mieux ressentir notre souffle lors de la pratique \u00e0 venir. Nous apprendrons \u00e0 g\u00e9rer et \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser la partie volontaire du souffle \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents exercices. Nous \u00e9couterons et dirigerons le souffle pour \u00ab\u00a0gu\u00e9rir\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux (physique, psychologique et \u00e9motionnel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Air is one of the subtlest forms of energy. Breathing is one of the forces that we discover<br>when we come into the world, and being partly involuntary, we may have never paid<br>attention to our breathing or how we breathe until now. It is known that breathing<br>oxygenates and detoxifies our body but perhaps we know little, if anything at all, about the other benefits that breathing can bring to our psycho-emotional health and to this<br>path of self-knowledge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During each session, I will share with you the essential notions about breathing which will help us to better visualize and therefore better feel our breath during the practice to come. We will learn to handle &amp; master the voluntary part of the breath through different exercises. Pour \u00eatre, maintenir ou restaurer un \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 et\/ou de bien-\u00eatre, la respiration est principalement la cl\u00e9.\u00a0On sait que la respiration oxyg\u00e8ne et d\u00e9toxifie notre corps, mais peut-\u00eatre en savons-nous peu, voire rien du tout, sur les autres bienfaits que la respiration peut apporter \u00e0 notre sant\u00e9 psycho-\u00e9motionnelle et \u00e0 cette voie de connaissance de soi. Breathing is one of the two forces we encounter as we come into the world, and it is essential to life. To be, to maintain, or to restore a state of health and\/or well-being, breathing is the key. This can open a space for inner healing by releasing tensions, knots, blockages, traumatic memories\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During this session, we will first take a moment to explain and share the key concepts of breathwork, then ground ourselves and connect with one another before diving into the heart of the practice: the breath.
